The Divine Liturgy, together with everything else that pertains to this service, as well as the ekphoniseis according to rules of the eight voices.
The original Greek volume is a collection of 382 pages of music. We deemed it right to add to this translation some compositions by our great Romanian forefathers: Macarios the Hieromonk, Anton Pann, Nectarios Vlachos - Protopsaltis on the Holy Mountain, PS Nectarie Frimu, etc. as well as a few personal compositions inspired by the school of Byzantine music promoted by Master Vasilios Nonis. Therefore, we have added to this manuscript 103 pages which contain: litanies, trisaghion voice 4 and voices 7 Sirian (Asiran) agem, great answers on voices 3, 4 (agem pouselik), 5 (service celebrated by the bishop), axions according to various voices, axions for feast days, for the Liturgy of the Pre-Sanctified Gifts: Să se îndrepteze, cherubim hymns and koinonika (communion hymns), One is Holy in the eight modes, Blessed is he that cometh in the Name of the Lord; in 2nd, 3rd and 1st plagal modes, We have seen the true light, 1st and 3rd modes, Let our mouths be filled with thy praise 1st mode, 3rd mode, 1st plagal mode, Blessed be the name of the Lord 1st plagal mode tetraphonos.
The current volume is a manuscript written calligrafically in fountain pens (of three dimensions) and ball-point pens (of two dimensions) in two colours: black and red, after the original model. As for the layout, I have observed the place of chants and of informative texts (indications, memories, dates) as they were conceived in the original Greek text. The pages that were added to the original were written calligraphically by observing the same format (17 lines per page) so as to preserve the unity of the work.
